Drawers, shelves, and doors galore! When you look through the many storage furniture options available in The Bedroom Source Collection, featured at our Long Island showroom, you’ll see what we mean! Instead of choosing a particular style and then being limited to just a few pieces from which to choose, this collection provides many options of night stands, drawer chests, dressers, and other types of storage pieces, from which you can choose. Some provide additional options, as well, allowing you to further customize your order.

Storage Pieces with Drawers

Any of them can be ordered in your choice of 4 drawer front and trim styles that coordinate with our Bristol, Hudson, Mission, and Rockport beds. All drawers are finished inside and out and are constructed of solid wood and joined with 4-corner English dovetail joinery. Heavy duty full-extension drawer guides are side-mounted and provide superior support.

The smallest drawers-only piece in the collection is the 2-Drawer Nightstand. The next-smallest is the 3-Drawer Chest. The others are basically larger variations on the same theme, varying by size and number of drawers. (View the selection.)

Storage Pieces with Shelves

The second category of storage furniture is those with shelving or open spaces. Any of these pieces that include drawers also have the same premium features as described in the category above. The smallest is the 1-Drawer, Open-Bottom Nightstand and the Open-Top, 2-Drawer Nightstand. The top open space is ideal for electronics you want to keep accessible. The stand with a bottom open space is deeper and can be used as a bookshelf or for bulkier items.

In this category, a fairly unique piece is the 3-Shelf, 2-Drawer Library Chest. The Custom-sized Bookcases (pictured above) have no doors or drawers.

Storage Pieces with Doors

Less common but making a comeback is this third category of storage pieces that include doors, falling under the umbrella of an armoire or wardrobe.

Those styles with doors include your choice of 6 door styles to coordinate with your bed and the other pieces that you choose. (View the selection.)

• 4-Drawer, 1-Door Chesser (with door)
• 4-Deep-Drawer Wardrobe
• 5-Drawer Wardrobe
• 2-Drawer Armoire
• 3-Drawer Armoire
• 5-Drawer Armoire
• 1-Drawer, 1-Door Nightstand (with a drawer on top and cabinet door on the bottom)

Standard-sized Desks can come with either 3 Drawers or 1 Drawer over a Door.

Has your head stopped spinning yet?! As you consider all the possibilities, you may want to draw out a diagram of your room on paper and then make cards the sizes of the pieces to decide where they should go. Once you narrow it down, you’ll have to decide the particular pieces and options. After that, you can choose the finish type — stained, painted, or distressed. Your entire order will be made-to-order and made-to-coordinate right here in New England!
