Forest Hill, MD – Personal Fitness Trainer

Get into shape in Harford County! Now that spring is finally here, you can’t put off getting in shape any longer. Warmer weather means you’ll likely be wearing less of the clothing you’ve used to disguise the fact that your New Year’s resolution didn’t fare as you had hoped! Dave’s training is just what the doctor ordered.

Centrally located in Forest Hill, Maryland, Dave Holbrook is the physical trainer who will help you to get the results you’re after. Dave trains people from Harford County and the surrounding area in their homes or in the gym. He trains people from all walks of life and has the experience to know how to take you from where you are now to where you want to be. Dave has trained people ranging from hopeful Olympic level athletes to older individuals who needed to become active again. Weight control, agility, strength training, fitness, wellness and nutrition are just a few of the many areas that are addressed during a typical training session.

Dave offers several Boot Camps each year and also encourages groups of people with common goals to contact him to arrange training geared specifically towards groups needs. Personal training with a friend or two is also recommended and helps to lower costs while providing encouragement to each other.

Dave received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education in 1983 and has been training individuals and groups ever since. He was certified as a Personal Trainer by the prestigious Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas in 2007. Dave was Fitness Instructor for the Harford County Sheriff’s Dept for 8 years before retiring and starting his own business in April 2009. Dave ran his first Boot Camp in May 2009 and has been helping people live better, healthier, stronger and more productive lives by training them in a way that is safe, friendly, encouraging, challenging, fun and most importantly EFFECTIVE and PRODUCTIVE.
